Wayne started in business many years ago in the construction industry and has advanced into the area of inspections, Weatherization, and now Real Estate Marketing Technology.
Wayne has dedicated his businesses to delivering the highest quality licensed work, and now through our 4K 3D Imaging services will additionally help ensure that homeowners get the best for their investment.
Wayne has 21 years of construction experience and over 5 years on inspection training. Additionally he takes pride in Green building and home efficiency practices. Wayne holds all licenses: Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, and Plumbing.

Nicole Smith
Nicole Lynn Smith is an energy efficiency auditor for Riverview Construction and Consulting located in Slidell, Louisiana. She assists with construction projects in both residential and commercial areas. Nicole has a vast knowledge in residential construction ranging from electrical, framing, roofing, plumbing, solar and more. She has been employed with Riverview for 4 years and, through hard work and dedication, transitioned to consulting after only 1 year of service.
